Online 50/50 Lottery – HOUSE RULES

Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo (RNSIT)

RNSIT will run an online 50/50 beginning 15 February to 30 June, 2026. Sales will end at 11:59 pm on 30 June.

All tickets must be purchased from the online sales platform provided by Tap 5050 and are the only ballots that will be entered in this draw and can be purchased from the RNSIT website https://nstattoo.ca/.

TICKET PRICES:

• 100 for $50
• 20 for $20
• 3 for $10
• 1 for $5

A single ticket will be drawn from all tickets sold. This will be declared the winning ticket and will be awarded 50% of the gross proceeds of sales as the prize to a maximum prize value of $100,000.

The winning ticket will be drawn utilizing a Nova Scotia approved random number generator at the Tattoo production office, Scotiabank Centre, 1800 Argyle Street, Halifax, NS on 01 July at 11:00 am. The draw will be administered by the Director of Finance and witnessed by two other staff members.

The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winning number will be published on the RNSIT website and through social media channels.

The winner has 90 days to claim a prize, if the prize is not claimed after 90 days, a new draw will take place, and so on until the prize is claimed.

Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo Society staff are not eligible to participate.

Must be 19+ to participate.

DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): RNSIT shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). RNSIT’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these

Official Rules as determined in RNSIT’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must contact RNSIT by the deadline specified above.

AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by RNSIT as an Official Winner. All prizes will be sent to the Winner via check with 15 calendar days of Winner delivering winning raffle ticket to the RNSIT Executive. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to winners.
