The Potential winner(s) will be selected by a certified random number generator drawn daily at The Scotiabank Centre 1800 Argyle St, Halifax, NS.

At the conclusion of the finale for the Tattoo, the Tattoo announcer will announce the amount and the winning ticket number. On completion of the announcement the winning ticket number will be displayed at the Scotiabank Centre. In the case of a discrepancy between the announced number and the actual number – the actual number will be considered the valid winning ticket.

The holder of the winning ticket number from in house sales, has 30 minutes to claim the prize from the 50/50 coordinator located on the concourse at section 22 in the Scotiabank Centre. If the winner does not come forward in that timeframe, the winner has 90 days to contact the Tattoo office, located at 170 Joseph Zatzman Drive*, unit 3, Dartmouth, NS. Phone 902-420-4621 to produce the winning ticket. If the winning ticket was purchased online, the Sponsor will phone the number attached to the winning ticket to notify them they have won.

*Please note: the Production office relocates to Suite 1201, Scotiabank Centre, for the period of 19 June to 4 July, during which time the Joseph Zatzman office will be closed. Please check our website for updated hours of operation.

A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by Sponsor as an Official Winner. Winners on site may be paid in cash or via cheque. Online prizes will be sent to the Winner via cheque with 15 calendar days of Winner delivering winning raffle ticket to the Sponsor Executive.

In the event the winning ticket was purchased in house and the winner does not come forward within 30 minutes of the announcement, The Tattoo will take an advertisement in the provincial newspaper advertising the winning number, post the winning number on their website and social media outlets, stating that the winner has 90 days to claim the prize at the Tattoo office. If after 90 days, no winner has come forward, a second draw of the tickets (including in person and online tickets) of that draw date is to be done at the Tattoo office via the random number generator. That number will be posted on the Tattoo website and in social media outlets. The holder of the second number has 90 days to claim the prize. Should the second draw produce a winning number from online sales, the Sponsors will contact the winner using the information provided at time of purchase to notify them they have won.

If after 180 days from the original draw date there is no winner, the winning amount is to be donated to a registered charity that has been pre-approved by Nova Scotia Alcohol & Gaming.
