To buy general tickets (with Kids Are Free tickets optional), follow the steps here:

1. Go to Ticketmaster by clicking here. Choose which show date you’d like to buy tickets for and click Find tickets.

2. Before you can see availability, you have to click Accept & Continue on this pop-up.


3. You’ll be taken to a view of the Scotiabank Centre. There are three ways to buy general tickets:

  • By Lowest Price
  • By Best Seats
  • By Section View

4. On the right-hand side of the screen, you can choose how many tickets you’d like to buy. You can purchase up to 12 tickets in a single transaction. Looking for group rates?

5. If you have a promo code, click Unlock and enter it in the text box. Click Unlock once again and you’ll receive updated pricing based on your promo offer!

6. Choose the Filters view on the right-hand side to filter which tickets you can search for. When you’ve checked/unchecked what you want to see, click Apply Filters to be taken to a refreshed main screen.

7. You can buy your Tattoo tickets with the Lowest Price view, which is the default view. This shows you all available seating starting with the least expensive tickets ($15 + fees).

8. When you’ve found your preferred tickets in the Lowest Price view, click on them. On the right-hand side of the page, the view will change and show you the price of your tickets. If you need to change between standard (adult), senior, or other pricing, you can do it here. You can also adjust the quantity here, too.

Once you’re finished, click the green Next button.

9. If you choose the Best Seats view, it will show you the best seats that are still available for sale.

10. When you’ve found your preferred tickets in the Best Seats view, click on them. On the right-hand side of the page, the view will change and show you the price of your tickets. If you need to change between standard (adult), senior, or other pricing, you can do it here. You can also adjust the quantity here, too.

Once you’re finished, click the green Next button.

11. If you want to see the tickets available in a particular section, simply click on its number.

12. Click on a blue dot (which represents one open seat) to engage a pop-up that will prompt you to choose which pricing level you need. Scroll down the menu to find your seating level.

13. Adding a Kids Are Free (18 and under) ticket? You’re prompted in every screen (Lowest Price, Best Seats, and Section View) to add them to your cart.

Here are the details on our Kids Are Free (18 and under) tickets:

  • Get one FREE kid ticket with the purchase of one adult/senior ticket at any seating level.
  • Offer applicable with CAA and Tattoo Club discounts.
  • Offer not valid on Buy 3, Get 1 Free tickets.
  • No limit on the amount of free tickets, but it must be a 1:1 purchase.
  • Get additional kid tickets for $15.00 (E level seating) or $29.00 (A-D level seating and accessible).
  • This is a limited time offer with limited availability. This offer is subject to end at any time.

14. Once you’ve clicked the green Next button, your screen will darken and you’ll see Ticketmaster Confirming Availability. Please wait a minute or so while this screen finishes loading.


15. Once the Confirming Availability screen finishes loading, you’ll be taken to a page to sign in (if you aren’t already) or to the check-out page.

17. Note the Time Remaining counter up in the upper right-hand corner. You only have around 7.5 minutes to complete your transaction before your selected seats will be released back for sale.

18. Note the Delivery Options at the top of the Checkout screen. You can choose to have your tickets sent via mobile or via regular mail.

  • If you choose the Mobile option, your tickets will stay in your Ticketmaster account, where you’ll present them when you arrive at the Scotiabank Centre; or they’ll be available in the Ticketmaster app (click here to download).
  • If you choose the Regular Mail option, your tickets will be sent to you via mail within 10 business days of your purchase.

Note that print-at-home or emailed tickets are not available this year.

18. Delivery Options


19. In the Event Extras section, you can choose to add a $30 ticket to your order as part of the Tattoo and MC Countermeasures’s Thank a Veteran Program. All tickets are distributed to local veterans who might not otherwise be able to attend the show.

This is an optional add-on, and if you choose to add a Thank a Veteran ticket to your order, we thank you for your generosity!

20. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see Payment options. Ticketmaster accepts credit/debit cards and Paypal. Choose your payment method and complete the details required. You may be required to enter a security code if this is the first time you’re using your credit card here.

21. When you’re finished, check the box that says “I have read and agree to the current Terms of Use,” and then click the green Place Order button.

Your payment will be processed and you’ll be taken to a screen that shows your order has been completed. Follow the steps from here to get your tickets!

2. You’ll find all the information you’ll need on the Pipers Experience here, so once you’re ready to buy, click the yellow BUY THE PIPERS EXPERIENCE! button.

3. You’ll be taken to a landing page in Ticketmaster with all of our show dates visible. Choose your show date and click the blue Find Tickets button.

4. You’ll next see a screen like this, where you’ll see that only the Pipers Experience tickets will be shown on your screen. You can’t combine Pipers Experience with any other discounts, so you’ll only see those tickets.

5. To the right, you’ll see the lowest price and best seats for two tickets. All Pipers Experience seats are the same amount ($172 before fees), but this is the default view in Ticketmaster. You can adjust the quantity of seats at the top, up to a maximum of 12 tickets per order.

6. If you click on the blue 15 in the main seating view, you’ll be taken to a closer view of what seats are available in that section. To add a seat to your cart, simply click it. You’ll notice on the right hand side of the page that it’s being added to your cart.

7. When you’re satisfied with your seats, click the green Next button down in the bottom right hand side of the page to start checking out.

8. Your screen will turn slightly black as Ticketmaster checks that your seats are available. Hang tight for a minute, as this screen will disappear on its own once it’s done checking.

9 CONFIRMING AVAILABILITY

9. You’ll now be prompted to either sign in or sign up to Ticketmaster. Follow the steps (keep scrolling down this web page to see a step-by-step guide on how to set up a Ticketmaster account if you need help!) and you’ll be taken to the check out page.

NOTE: Up in the upper right hand corner, you have a countdown timer. You’ll only have about 8 minutes before your session expires and your seats are released back into the general sale pool, so you’ll have to be quick.

10. Note the delivery methods at the top of the page. This year, you can get tickets on the Ticketmaster app on your phone, or you can have them mailed to you. There is no option to have emailed tickets this year.

Event Extras are our Thank a Veteran ticket. Your generosity in adding a $30 ticket will mean that a veteran who might not otherwise be able to attend the show due to societal or economic barriers will have a ticket. This is optional, but we thank you if you do choose to add this to your cart.

11. Scroll down to select payment. Ticketmaster accepts major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. Note that you might be required to enter a verification code from your bank if you’re a new account; this shouldn’t take long if you need to do this step.

Check your delivery method: sometimes Ticketmaster toggles back to mobile tickets even if you’ve chosen mail, so make sure you have the correct option (this is a quick fix after you purchase your tickets if you miss it, you just have to update it in your account afterwards).

Once you’re satisfied with your order, click the checkbox above the green Place Order button to verify that you agree to the terms of Ticketmaster, and then click the green Place Order button to complete your transaction.

Your screen will show that your transaction is going through, and once it’s complete, you’ll be taken to a new screen that tells you that your order has been processed. If you chose mobile tickets, you’ll likely get an email detailing next steps. If you chose mail tickets, you should receive them within 10 business days of purchase.

2. Scroll down until you see the CAA Atlantic discount. All of the details on how to use the code is there, so once you’re ready, click that yellow button BUY CAA DIRECTLY to proceed to the next step.

NOTE FOR CAA MEMBERS: Your CAA membership number only works if you’re a member of CAA Atlantic. Please call 1-902-420-1114 if you’re a member of another branch and we’ll be happy to help you get your discount!

3. You’ll be taken to this landing page in Ticketmaster, where you’ll see all of our show dates. Choose your show date and click the blue Find Tickets button to continue.

4. This popup will appear showing you all available discounts with your CAA offer. Click CAA Members to be prompted to enter your membership number.

5. This is where you enter your CAA Atlantic membership number, and once that’s done, click Unlock. If you’re a CAA member from outside Atlantic Canada, or if you’re an AAA member, you’ll have to call 1-902-420-1114 to have a staff member help you get the discount.

6. Once your offer is unlocked, the screen will update with the CAA discount applied to ticket prices. On the right hand side of the screen you’ll see ‘Lowest Price’ and ‘Best Seats’ and at the top, the ability to adjust your ticket quantity (to a max of 12 tickets per transaction).

7. You can also click directly on one of the section numbers to see a live view of what seats are available. Click on one of the blue dots, which represents an available seat, to see the pricing. CAA pricing is at the top followed by the Kids 18 and Under Are Free pricing and the Additional Youth pricing. Add them to your cart by clicking ‘Add’ in the popup, and those seats will turn into green checkmarks.

Follow the steps illustrated here to set up your brand-new Ticketmaster account.

1. Click here to visit the Ticketmaster sign in/sign up page. If you already have an account, sign in and buy tickets. If you need to sign up for an account, follow the next steps.

2. If you need to sign up for a Ticketmaster account, you’ll be taken to this page. Fill out all of the information requested here (you can opt out of the notifications about upcoming events). Click Next when you’re finished filling out the information.

You’ll receive an email requesting that you click a link to verify your email address. Click Verify My Email Address, which will open a new web page that says your email has been verified. Go back to the main Ticketmaster sign up page to continue.

3. Now you’ll need to enter your phone number. This can be a mobile or a landline, but you will need to enter a number here. You can choose to opt out of the notifications about upcoming events. Click Next once you’ve entered your phone number.

4. Once you’ve received your verification code, enter it in the text field. If you didn’t receive a code, you can request a new one underneath the box. Click Confirm once you’ve entered the code.
