How to create a Ticketmaster account through the website:

1. Go to the Ticketmaster MyAccount sign-in page, where you’ll be prompted to sign up if you don’t already have an account.  
2. Fill out the details and click NEXT.
3. Fill out your phone number.
4. You’ll be sent a one-time verification code to your phone. If you don’t have a mobile phone, you can enter your landline. Please note this doesn’t work with Google Phone or VoiP service providers.
5. Enter your verification code and click CONFIRM.
6. Your account is set-up.

How to create a Ticketmaster account through the app:

1. Download the Ticketmaster app here.
2. Tap Sign In.
3. When prompted, tap New to Ticketmaster? Sign up.
4. Fill out your details and click NEXT.
5. Tap TEXT or CALL to get your one-time verification code; then tap NEXT.
6. Enter your verification code and tap CONTINUE.
7. Your account is set-up.

You’ll be prompted when you set up your account to enter a telephone number and an email address associated with your identity, and you’ll need to access the verification codes that Ticketmaster will send you.

You can do this with a landline, but you won’t be able to choose mobile tickets unless you have a cell phone and the Ticketmaster app.

When you purchase your Tattoo tickets, you have two options for ticket delivery: mobile or mail.

MOBILE: Your tickets will be immediately available in your account and viewable on desktop and in the mobile app. When you arrive at the Scotiabank Centre, open the Ticketmaster app and have your tickets ready to scan.

MAIL: Your tickets will be mailed to you within XX business days of purchase to the address you have on file. If you don’t receive your tickets, you’ll have to contact Ticketmaster, not the the Tattoo Production Office. Please note that this is only available in the months leading up to the Tattoo; the box office will cut off mailed tickets once the show gets closer.

From Ticketmaster:

“With Ticket Transfer, you can transfer all or some of your tickets from one Ticketmaster account to another. It’s easy, safe and completely free. When you transfer tickets to another fan and they accept them, the recipient is issued a new barcode that only they can use. The tickets in the sender’s account will no longer be valid for entry.

If your event is eligible for Ticket Transfer, you’ll see a blue Transfer Tickets button on your order.”

Unfortunately, all free kids tickets must be added to your order at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterwards.

You can, however, buy Additional Kids Tickets at any time but we cannot guarantee that those seats will be near the ones you’ve already purchased, so best to plan ahead and book your free kids tickets at the time of purchase!
