There is an $8.00 service fee on all tickets except as noted below:

• $10.00 service fee on Pipers Experience tickets
• $6.00 service fee on Additional Kids tickets
• $5.00 service fee on Groups (10-24)
• $4.00 service fee on Groups (25+)
• $2.00 service fee on Student Matinee tickets

There is also a one-time order fee on all orders: $4.00 for online orders and $5.00 for mail orders (not applicable on Groups of 10-24 or 25+ people)

How to create a Ticketmaster account through the website:

1. Go to the Ticketmaster MyAccount sign-in page, where you’ll be prompted to sign up if you don’t already have an account.  
2. Fill out the details and click NEXT.
3. Fill out your phone number.
4. You’ll be sent a one-time verification code to your phone. If you don’t have a mobile phone, you can enter your landline. Please note this doesn’t work with Google Phone or VoiP service providers.
5. Enter your verification code and click CONFIRM.
6. Your account is set-up.

How to create a Ticketmaster account through the app:

1. Download the Ticketmaster app here.
2. Tap Sign In.
3. When prompted, tap New to Ticketmaster? Sign up.
4. Fill out your details and click NEXT.
5. Tap TEXT or CALL to get your one-time verification code; then tap NEXT.
6. Enter your verification code and tap CONTINUE.
7. Your account is set-up.
