HOW TO PURCHASE
Step One:
Go to Tickets Page (click here) or call 902-451-1221/toll-free 1-877-451-1221
Step Two:
Type in promo code FAMILY2020 in the box at the top of the page and click GO. The discount pricing will automatically update.
If you are calling, mention promo code FAMILY2020 when you first connect with an agent.
Step Three:
The instructions that follow are for online purchases only. If you are calling, your ticketing agent will help you purchase tickets.
Choose your show date and click Find Tickets
Step Four:
If you want to purchase tickets by seat, continue to step five
If you want to purchase tickets by price, click here.
Step Five:
Click on your preferred seating section to view available seats. Seats that are still available are pictured in green.
Step Six:
Select a seat by clicking on the green dot. A popup will open listing price types. Choose PROMO ADULT or PROMO SENIOR by clicking Select.*
Your seat is now being held in your shopping cart and is pictured by a yellow dot.
Repeat this step to add additional adult/senior tickets to your shopping cart.
*You can also select PROMO ADULT WITH THANK A VETERAN ADD ON or PROMO SENIOR WITH THANK A VETERAN ADD ON to show your support to veterans by purchasing 50% of a ticket for a veteran who would otherwise not be able to attend the show. This program is matched by Tattoo partners and tickets will be distributed to veterans via VETS Canada.
Step Seven:
To add free youth tickets to your shopping cart, select an available seat (green dot). A popup will open listing price types. Choose 18 AND UNDER FREE WITH PURCHASE by clicking Select.
Repeat this step to add additional free youth tickets to your shopping cart.
Please note: Number of 18 AND UNDER FREE WITH PURCHASE seats cannot exceed the total number of PROMO ADULT or PROMO SENIOR seats in your shopping cart.
If additional youth tickets are required see step eight, otherwise click Add to cart to begin checkout process.
Step Eight:
To add additional youth tickets to your shopping cart, select an available seat (green dot). A popup will open listing price types. Choose 18 AND UNDER by clicking Select.
Repeat this step to add additional paid youth tickets to your shopping cart.
Once complete, click Add to cart to begin checkout process.
Purchase Tickets by Price
Step Five:
Click the tab labeled Purchase by Type
Step Six:
Select the Select Price Level drop down box and choose the category you wish to purchase.
Step Seven:
Choose the number of PROMO ADULT seats you wish to purchase by clicking the + button beside it until the desired quantity shows.
Choose the number of PROMO SENIOR seats you wish to purchase by clicking the + button beside it until the desired quantity shows.
